Fresh Box Market Subscription Policy
We want to make your subscription as simple and flexible as possible. Please take a moment to review our subscription guidelines below so you know exactly how it works.
Order Processing
- All subscription orders are processed automatically after Monday at 11:55 PM.
- Once processed, your order is sent to our delivery team and cannot be skipped, refunded, or cancelled.
- Please make any changes before the deadline to avoid charges.
Managing Your Subscription
You have full control of your subscription at any time through your Fresh Box Market account. From there, you can:
- Pause or skip a delivery
- Cancel your subscription
- Add items to your upcoming order (additions must be made by Tuesday 7:00 PM)
All instructions on how to manage your subscription can be found in your original subscription confirmation email. Please refer to the original email.
Missed the Deadline?
If you do not cancel, skip, or update your subscription before Monday 11:55 PM, your order will automatically process. At this stage:
- We are unable to cancel or refund your order.
- You are welcome to redirect your box to another address or choose to donate it to the local food bank.
Cancellations After Processing
We understand emergencies can happen. If you absolutely cannot accept your order after it has been processed:
- A $20 processing fee will apply
- Plus the $4.99 processing fee
- This covers costs from our delivery partners and handling team. We have no control over this and this is a fee our logistics and processing cost.
- What happens if I cancel my subscription?When you cancel, a total of two orders will be fulfilled:
1️⃣ Your first box (the one you signed up for)
2️⃣ One final box after you cancelAfter that second box is delivered, your subscription ends automatically—no more shipments or charges.Example:
If you subscribe today and cancel right after receiving your first box, you’ll still get one more box the following week. After that, no further boxes will be shipped.Why two boxes?
Our team schedules at least two orders in advance and we cover processing fees.Reminder:
Your subscription gives you discounted box prices and reduced shipping, which is why this policy is in place.

Please always check your subscription email for detailed instructions on managing your order. It is your responsibility to understand what is in your weekly order and when you and how you manage it.
